3. Data Retention

Chat messages may be stored temporarily and may be deleted automatically based on configured room retention limits or moderation actions.

Security, operational, and abuse-prevention logs may be retained for a longer period as reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee permanent storage, recovery, or exact deletion timing.

4. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use limited cookies and browser storage technologies to operate the Service. For example, the Service may use:

• An HTTP-only cookie for administrator authentication.
• Browser session storage to remember temporary chat state on your device.
• Technical storage needed to support functionality, security, and troubleshooting.
• Advertising or measurement cookies and similar technologies that may be set or read by third-party advertising partners on public pages.

Some public pages of the Service may include third-party advertising scripts, including Google AdSense. Those providers may collect technical request information, use cookies or similar technologies, and process data for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, reporting, and, where permitted, ad personalization under their own policies.

The chat interface, chat messages, and administrator pages are not intended to use your chat content for third-party advertising personalization. If you disable cookies or browser storage, some features may not work properly and ads may be less relevant.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not disclose chat message content to third-party advertising providers for them to target ads based on the substance of your conversations.

We may share information:

• With service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or support the Service.
• With advertising and analytics partners that deliver, measure, or protect ads shown on public pages of the Service.
• If required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
• To protect safety, prevent abuse, enforce rules, or defend legal claims.

Where required by applicable law, we will honor valid requests relating to targeted advertising or related data-sharing practices on public pages.

8. Do Not Track and Third-Party Tracking

At this time, the Service does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals in a different way from other requests. Public pages of the Service may include third-party advertising or measurement scripts, including Google AdSense, that may process data across websites or over time subject to those providers' own notices and controls. Hosting, infrastructure, security, and advertising providers may process technical request data as needed to deliver, protect, and measure the Service and ads.

We implement reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.

This Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without the consent required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
